Shipping policy

We are a small family run company made up of sailors/boaters. We do our best to pick and pack your items as quickly as possible and it usually takes between 1-5 business days (not weekends) depending on the time of year and how complicated the product is to pack. Once your order is packed and a shipping label is on it, you will receive an email with tracking numbers. Based on the carrier and the speed of delivery you have selected, your order will be heading to you at the pace you requested. Indie Marine will not be responsible for delays, damage or loss related to the carrier.

Should we not have stock on an item, we will reach out and provide you with a rough shipping timeline. Should you not be able to wait, we will refund your order. 

We understand tight timelines, breakdowns and boat cruising challenges (we are all current or past cruisers on our team) so if you have a very tight timeline or just don't know exactly when you will land at a given port of call, reach out to us and let us know. We will work with you to get your package to you as quickly as possible and to the location you need. 

Specialty Products - Some products take longer to ship as they may be classified as dangerous goods (i.e. fire extinguishers) or they are not common products so we don't stock many of them.  Please check the product description as we place notes in the product descriptions if the product is a specialty product.  

PLEASE NOTE** Indie Marine ships under INCOTERMS DDU.  This means that the customer is responsible for any and all local taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and duties

This shipping policy might change from time to time as things change in the shipping industry so we suggest you check back when you order your products.
