Refund policy

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with the original tags affixed. Please contact customer service before sending an item back to obtain a return or exchange approval code.

Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs unless customer service confirms otherwise.

Approved refunds are issued within 4–6 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Manufacturer warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer.

Exceptions

Some products cannot be returned because of hygiene or safety concerns.
